Vibratory Deburring

We have a 13 cubic foot inline vibe, a 20 cubic foot bowl with internal separation, two 6 cubic foot bowls and a 20 cubic foot steel ball burnishing vibe.

Vibratory finishers produce a cutting action by shaking the bowl at a high speed, causing the media to rub against the part surfaces, edges and corners. This rubbing action precisely abrades the parts to remove burrs as well as material from pockets and recesses and inside bores, which cannot be done in a tumbler. Therefore, they can be used for very delicate or intricate parts.

The abrasive deburring media used in this process is available in various geometric shapes & sizes, several grades from fast cut to fine finish; and are generally made of plastic, ceramic or steel.

On larger parts, we can provide the finish you want while breaking the edge and deburring the part - from safe handling to a slight radius. The steel ball burnisher will give you a bright, polished finish - works great with aluminum and stainless steel.
